Christian Outreach College Brisbane has two student libraries:

The Secondary Library is situated in the Ted & Margaret Linke Building which was built in 1996. This attractively designed building also has rooms allocated for classroom use and staff areas. Much use is made of these class rooms for student research during class time, in particular the specially fitted out audio-visual room. The Textbook collection is also housed and managed in this building.

The total current stock of print, audiovisual and electronic resources available to staff and students is 26,000. The use of information technology is also making quite an impact on the provision of resources. The Internet provides ready accessibility to a wider range of up to date information and statistics and subscriptions to electronic journal databases assist the senior students and teachers find articles from a large collection of full text periodicals.

The Primary Information & Resource Centre reopened after renovation on 8 May, 2000. Situated in a central position in the Primary Quad., it has drawn lots of attention with its attractive soft yellow and blue décor together with colourful displays.

The collection of print, audiovisual and electronic resources is aimed at fostering the love of reading, the teaching of research and information skills and the provision of resources to assist teachers in their task.  Adjoining the library is a spacious technology room which is being used by class teachers in the teaching of information skills.

The aim of the libraries is to provide pertinent resources compatible to the philosophy of the College for the whole College community.

A good collection of a variety of resources is available for students and staff. Audiovisual and computer-based resources including the Internet and CD ROMs may be used by students in the libraries as well as photocopying and printing services. Books and magazines may be borrowed for designated time periods and the students are accountable for the return and care of these items.

The libraries use the Softlink Oliver system for the automated management and circulation of the resources.
